Customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after our package reaches their country. We have no means of keeping up to date with all the regulatory bodies in countries outside the UK and therefore the customer is responsible for such costs. In the event our package is rejected by the customer due to refusal to pay such taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the package being returned to us and only the balance of the purchase price will be refunded.

I use Royal Mail's Airsure which is fast, secure and reliable. Airsure packages have priority handling. In the event of any difficulty in you receiving the item, I should be able to find out what has happened to it. Delivery time is quoted as 3-5 days from day of despatch in the UK, but this is not guaranteed.
