Delivery

I aim to dispatch no later than 7-14 days. Very often, our dispatch times are just a day or two after receipt of the order. However, if your need is very urgent, just contact me with details of your dates and I will do my best to help you.

Security for on-line payments

On-line ordering with Sooz Jewels is safe and secure. We never see your financial details, that is all handled by the PayPal shopping cart - if you have ever used Ebay, you will probably be familiar with it.

If you don't have a Pay Pal Account, opening one before ordering from us is free, quick and easy! All you need is a bank account or debit/credit card.

PayPal has over 50 million member accounts worldwide. It is a global leader in online payment solutions and is available in 45 countries and 5 currencies. Click the Pay Pal logo (above right) for more information about PayPal.

Postage

Postage and packaging within the UK is a flat rate of £1.50 for orders up to £24.99. For orders £25.00 to £149.99 postage is £3.00. For orders over £150.00, postage is free. Postage is added automatically after going through the Pay Pal check out procedure. For posting to countries outside of the UK, please use our international postage page to add the appropriate amount of postage.

Telephone/cheques

Orders may also be placed via telephone or in writing using the details on the contact page. I can accept cheques with a bankers card.

Collection

Please contact me with advance details of your order and you can collect the items from me at Cambridge Art & Craft Market, Trinity Street, Cambridge on most Saturdays. I am unable to accommodate callers to my home studio.
